What is the best way to contact TwinkleStores.com regarding a return or exchange?
If you have an account with us, you can request a return by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Past Orders and locate the order that contains the product you would like to return
- If your product is within the 45 day return period, select the checkbox under the "Return" heading, select the quantity you would like to return, the reason why, and submit it.
- Our Customer Support team will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Via email, we usually respond within one business day, though it might take a little longer to get back to you if it's a holiday or a weekend.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you don't, for any reason, returns are easy. With a few exceptions, you can return items within 45 days of purchase. Return shipping is free from the continental U.S., however non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
